sliping belt maybe?

the other day when i was driving when i shifted from first to second i heard something sound like it was slipping so when i got home i opened the hood and took a look at the belts. the tensioner looked like it was wobbiling right and left and when i turned the car off the belt looked like it was wearing out. ive had the car for 2 years but i dont think the tensioner would be going already. has anyone else had this problem? if so does chevy warrenty that?

Yes, it happens only on the 1-2 shift due to the rapid change in engine rpm. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it.
