you can take the front cover off. take off the intake and charge pipe. there are going to be bolts behind the compressor cover that you can remove. maybe 5 or 6. pull the compressor cover off and whatever is in there will come out. hopefully it didn't damage it to bad

I didnt even drive a mile so thats the good part. So Josh what your saying is take off the 5-6 gold bolts and the metal plate holding the intake side on then just pull it off to the side and it will come off

no doesnt feel like any shaft play. Only thing i can think of is when i took the coupler off i dropped a clamp and something fell in the turbo..but everything was on the clamp still

the gold bolts here or the ones on the dark silver piece

if your worried about preventing damage, dont even fire the car. the shaft speeds that small turbos like that carry at idle are still enough to damage a wheel if something is in fact in one of the housings.

the damage is probably already done tho, so i guess i wouldn't worry about it too much by now.

when you pull the cover off, be careful to not hit the wheel with it. turbine blades are easy to bend.

It might be a plastic piece of something in which you might get lucky. I like to think optimistically tho

well took off the intake side nothing..I clocked the turbo to make the coupler easier to get to the turbo and now its gone. I think the way the turbo was clocked caused it to hit the compressor
