Get the Super Sports, they're amazing. GMS1 with K&N SRI and I couldn't spin the tires in warm weather if I wanted to where as the stock Contis I would spin all of second if I NLS 1st->2nd. Cornering is great, they're quiet and ride smooth. Don't forget there's also a 50,000 km warranty on them, just don't be doing any burnouts.

I just got prices. My local dealer was $232 ea for the Michelins at my cost. I checked my Tire Rack wholesale account and they were having a special of $196ea! Even with the $40 shipping its still a much better deal. Looks like I'm going to be doing that, because on top of the special and my wholesale discount Michelin is offering a $70 rebate on 4 tires... definitely the time to buy!!

Please let me know how these are. I am debating on these and the Conti DW's.

Like I said, they are the bar by which other summer tires are compared against. Can't go wrong.

I got to drive a new Camaro SS with the Pilot Super Sports on it, and I was REALLY impressed.
I just put my Michelin Super Sports on yesterday morning. Woke up way early before work to get it done. I got them mounted for $956 out the door at Costco while they still had the instant rebate sale going on.

Compared to my Blizzaks it's like riding on a freaking cloud. I'm very impressed so far and conditions are super wet right now. I can still feel safe blazing onto a wet on/off ramp at fast speed. I think i'm going to use my lunch break just to go cruise around town.

I can't wait to see how they perform when it's hot and dry, based on how well they perform when it's 50 degrees and wet.

Yeah! You had that same slick and greasy feeling I have, it sounds like.

Got the Michelin Pilot Super Sports and put them on the other night. These tires are INCREDIBLE! The handling and responsiveness is far superior to the OE Conti's. Now granted its a more noticable difference because I was switching directly from my Winter Goodyears AND I also did an aligment, so the car is perfect right now. But still, I can really feel the difference. The steering is so precise and direct, with excellent feel. Best of all is the ride is definitely noticably less harsh over potholes, and the tires are very quiet, especially compared to my snow tires. Also, Ive noticed a decent increase in my instant MPG readings on the highway at lower speeds than usual, but again thats compared to the snow tires.

I have some pics Ill post when I get a chance, but I can definitely say I love these tires. Theyll be expensive to replace, but at least with the 30,000mi treadlife warranty I should be getting a while out of them... plus the fact that I wont be running them year round.

Glad you like them! I can't wait to put mine back on as soon as it gets warm enough around here!
