SVC tires? like the TPMS light (funny lloking one that looks like this (!)? Mine came on out of nowhere yesterday when it started raining...er I mean torrential down-pouring.

The sensor is actually an installed part on the stock rims...if you didn't buy new ones to put on your new rims...count on seeing a lot of the (!).

If you didn't get tpms installed with your new rims then the sensor will go off... usually this happens within a mile of driving it, but sometimes it will take a day or two. If it doesn't bother you then ignore it... if it does then you will need to order new sensors or a sensor harware kit so you can get your tpms switched to the new rims... you will also be looking at having to pay for unmounting/installation/and remounting...

If you have tpms and aftermarket then you have a loose or bad sensor...in that case you will need to return to where you got your wheels... dealer will not cover this one....

Funny you mention that error....I had the exact same thing happen to me while I was driving the the highway...it all the sudden said, "SVC Tire" and had a yellow light come up. I pulled over and turned off the car thinking I had gotten a flat. When I got out, the tire was fine. When I turned on the engine again, the error was gone and hasn't come back.

Must have been just a freak thing.
