so has anyone installed the downpipe with the Hahn Exhaust?? How does it sound? Any CEL come up when the hahn was installed

 

I hear Hahn is coming out with their own DP for the SS/TC. I know some owners are afraid to mix the two but I don't see anything wrong with it. I'd get the Synapse DP for sure! I'm also anxiously awaiting that turbo swap!

 

Does the word - LOUD come to mind?

 

i have the Snapse DP w/Hahn 3in cat-back installed on my T/C... It sounds AMAZING... you hear hahns DEEP DEEP GROWL while cruising then at WOT you hear Synapse D/P... Its awesome... and I have a CEL from the D/P still so I cant answer your last question

i actually dont think its loud...... but I also did have a Dodge Charger R/T with long tube headers, Slp Loudmouth 1's, frank racing cam, and milled,ported and polished heads on so not much is "loud" to me on a 4banger lol

I just put mine on today... it was like ez... love the sound... not too loud during normal driving...but sounds good when you get on it.. was a little expensive.... but thats what you get when you want something when a car just came out... i love it guys.. if you got a SS/TC get this haha

No more CEL after i put the defouler in and reset the ecu. Did it yesterday drove about 100 miles since then and were good.

 

were all the defoulers sent out??

I have heard catless dp evo's that are quieter than Cobalts with the magnaflow exhaust.

Hey Synapse, I think you need to re-state your torque numbers as it's way to high!! 360 lb\ft of torque with the few things you've dont to the car is not possible

Have you cleared the check engine light with a scanner and then installed the defoulor? It has taken care of the problem for us and many others.

If you don't clear the code it will stay on.

 

yes thanks i cleared the code with my aeroforce gauge and it has not come back on!!

 

How easy was it to install the interceptor?
