One thing I ask Synapse...is to do a bi weekly dyno run.

See if the power stays without a tune.

I want these pretty parts that open things up, but without a tune it is pissing in the wind if eventually the ecm does de-tune it.

Just a thought

the engine doesnt actually hit rev limiter, the dyno stops the engine dead in its track at whatever rpm you give it for a range. if you set the upper limits beyond the redline then the motor will hit the rev limiter and the dyno will still try to read, so you would end up with a chart that looks like this. the dyno is still trying to read the decel looks like the dyno was waiting to reach 8600rpm, and the rev limiter kicked in at 8588.

wow, what the ****, the dyno does a freaking loop-the-loop @ 2250 rpm lol

that is most certainly not normal as it no longer counts as a mathmatical function

lol this isnt a mathematical function. it is a measurement. morgan apparantly let off the throttle a bit at that point.

Installed mine today, install was a bitch on jackstands. And the three bolt flange is also a pain in the ass. Love the sound too, It's LOUD when you get on it above 3500. But at idle, under 3500, and downshifting are all a tiny bit louder then stock, which is perfect and it has a nice quiet burble to it.

No need for a catback in all honesty, It's plenty loud for the cops to look at you the wrong way, but only if you let them see it.

And i also have a CEL, but i'm going to try an O2 simulator and see if that solves the problem.

We are surprised the cel came on as we haven't gotten one on our car as of yet (100 miles). If you space the rear o2 out a little more with a simulator the cel should be gone. I am glad you like the sound, it gives the exhaust note a little more without being overwhelming.

when I install a downpipe I always space the rear 02 even if the company claims it already has. until hptuners is ready thats the only thing you can do. I have never had any cel when done this way.
