Tial BOV install

Ok so I have an HKS on my DeJon pipes. Well Im about to throw on this Tial on Dejon pipe. Question 1. - Which spring do I use. And if needed how many washers?
Question 2. - What vacuum line should I use? Any guidance will be sweet! thanks!

That is how I routed mine. The vac solenoid nipples should be connected as such...

Top (closest to back of car)- originally connected to the lower charge pipe... must remain connected to a boost source, either back to the lower cp or (as the treadstone stuff has no lower cp nipple for the vac line) it must be "T"ed into the line that runs to the intake mani from the vac tank.

Left (passenger side) should be originally connected to the stock BPV. This will connect directly to the new BOV and you will need to block off the BPV port in your turbo.

Bottom- should be left alone as this goes to the vac pump tank.

That is how my 52mm TurboSmart is routed.

check your spring....i have a zzp bov same as a tial and the spring was way to heavy to open the bov all i got was turbo flutter. But first try attempting to T it into the line coming straight off the top of the manifold*the one were Ryrides has a t on and see if that works cause thats directly to a vacuum source

I had differed springs in it. Didn't work. Tried to hook vacuum up several ways and got nothing. It doesn't blow off, and it should blow off and I should be able to hear it.

Run it directly to the vacuum line on the top of the intake manifold. If it doesn't work, you're springs are wrong.

Pictures of current setup and at least a little video of the problem. Without being shown a problem people cant really help.

get a pink bov spring its the stronger spring and run the bov line right to the manifold then just jumper the sensor thing with a 4 in piece of tube from one side to the other kinda just disables the sensor. havent had any problems yet. little flutter but not as bad as it used to be.
