Tial bov and spring

Ok im going to be putting a 5557 turbo in my car and i know our vacuum at idle is around 19 or so. Now with the different turbo will this change. Im getting a zzp bov one looks like tial and it has a 21inch spring and im thinkin this may be to much. So if anyone could help me would be appreciated

It should not change. Your idle for one is determined by your idle air controller and your turbocharger isn't building pressure either.

So use the vacuum line from the factory BPV instead of any old vacuum source?

boosting 25psi the tial wouldnt even open with that spring. i just ground down the spring and it works beautifuly now but you can always purchase the smaller springs. i thought they usually came with a 14 spring or something around there.

it should open fine on the 21 inch spring. how much vacuum does your car make at idle? typical lnf's make 21 in/hg. so you would use the 21 spring in the zzp bov. zzp tried to make it simple and most still confuse it

how so? it works on pure vacuum. as long as it's hooked up to a pure vacuum source with no tee's in it to any other crap, it will open fast and crisp
