ticking noise not the normal ones
today i had to go to court to show i got ticket waived for tinted tails and get a court date for window tint. its been warmer like 50 out. i know theres ticking noises from the fuel **** and what ever else, this was like a metalic tick. almost like the valve train. ive had this noise once before on my old taurus when i forgot to tighten a rocker down. should i take it in and have them check the lash adjusters? and how could you get them to do that like just claim you think theres soumething wrong? also my exhaust sounds different when warmed up. i could be just parinoid since i keep fixing things every 2 months
for got to mention it goes away after a few min's

I would expect a rocker or lash adjuster, could be timing chain tensioner depending on where it's coming from. If you've still got warranty I would absolutely let the dealership worry about it. You can use a really long socket extension as a stethoscope to try to hear where it's coming from.
