Matt,

My clutch and rod are working great, the pedal feel and clutch engagement is awesome!! I'm glad I got it.. I know I can adjust it to my driving styles or clutch wear.. it's def a best buy investment.

Matt, why does my clutch rod look like garbage compared to the newer one?? Mine looks like factory. Its very small compared to the new one my buddy received.

Have you seen my thread on it?

Maybe something here will help you. I got it, but it took time, blood, sweat & tears.

I've never changed one, so I wouldn't be much help.

Well well well

Stock clutch rod broke off the ball in the master cylinder !!!

Pull it off with the pedal my ****

If anyone is going to install one of these just save yourself the headache and pull out the entire master cylinder

Looking at the design of the cylinder the rod is not meant to come out with the plunger pulled all the way out towards the clutch pedal

For anyone that is going to try this with ZZP instructions here is the part number for the master cylinder i now have to go buy 24246918

100-120 is fine

Its $330 here in Canada

The rod will come out like nothing once the Master is uninstalled

Been trying to call ZZP all day to see if i can buy one from them asap with no rod

If you do get it either buy it in their new Master or Pull yours all the way out to replace it

OK the master comes apart and we got the ball out

I don't suggest anyone trying yanking on it like the instructions say to

It is so much easier just to remove your master and do this mod that way

Bleeding the clutch is easy if you have the rod adjusted as tight as possible then you adjust the rod to where you want it

The new clutch rod is our redesign. They are both made of the same material. We made the new rod out of hex bar some the customer had a spot to put a wrench when tightening the jam nut. I wouldn't say garbage is the correct description.

It's worth it with a performance clutch. Just takes some work to get it done. I had some trouble as well but got it installed in the end.
