Well safe levels are around 20-22 psi anything over that you risk going boom, but quick boom 25+psi

I figured the motor could hold up to more PSI than 25 I just thought the turbo was the part that could not handle it.

I thought he was referring to the turbo alone if he was to the engine i have no idea, but i do not believe this turbo has enough ***** to blow this engine, i think you would need a larger turbo for that then you would be lowering the psi with a larger turbo

make it go 50psi LMAO!!! if that was possible. that'd be like driving a rocket... if the engine didn't blow. well if the dash didn't implode on the car and the exhaust shotgun off lol

No all of us with a tune spike anywhere from 23-25 psi this is normal as long as the tune holds the psi at 21-22psi, holding 25+psi can cause the compressor wheel to surge causing big problems

Ok I was just making sure. I'm probably gonna go ride around later and make sure that it is only holding no more than 22psi, because I seriously dont wanna have big problems. I might see if my Brother is off work at that time and have him in the passenger seat filming.

I like the GT500's and would have probably picked one up already, but I'm waiting til 2014, the 50th year Anniversary of Mustang to see what type of special car Ford is gonna come out with. The Mustang I've always wanted though is an 04 Cobra, aka, Terminator. I could have easily gotten one when I bought my 05 GT, but I wanted something newer with low miles and a warranty at the time. Besides there werent any 04 Cobras around my neck of the woods with low miles and I didnt wanna travel for hours.

They send you the tuner, you hook it up to your car and follow the very easy directions. Here is the link for the order form:

They will contact you by either email for phone, but if you ordered just recently, it will probably be tomorrow when they contact you unless they are still at the office or reading their emails.

yeah you could probably de-tune it? idk much about that for the cobalts though. it will boost more and you'll be roasting your tires in 1st and 2nd gear.

I am also worried about the warranty so I purchased the data cable with mine so that I can send the stock tune back to it when need be. The total cost was $485 shipped.

The tune is $250.00 plus $35.00 round trip shipping for the GT Tuner. As mentioned, we have a data cable available for purchase if you want the ability to swap between factory and performance tuning. Also, additional tunes are $100.00.

Thanks for all your comments guys. We are glad you are happy with the program, power and service.

Not BS, but you were pretty much either busy or not home after you got off work.
