trifecta tune what should i get...

So im planning on getting a tune from trifecta today but i was going through the pages and the one page is custom programming requests and i dont know exactly what to get...? i was thinking to select High flow / no cats (OFFROAD ONLY),Raise boost to 25-27psi (2.0 turbo),Speed Limiter Delete,Cruise Control Trigger (2.0 turbo)... im kinda worried about the boost at 25-27 is that safe...? also does the option: Increase shift firmness do anything. also should i tell him to do anything else cause at the bottom there is a box to type in special requests? im thinking for like raising rev limit etc.
Please tell me what you think i should do thanks...

the car right now has a hahn cai, bad mab catless dp, and a dejon bpv spring upgrade..

25-27PSi is an infiniboost tune even though Vince is a great tuner and his tunes are on the safe side asking your car to handle over 25PSi is asking for trouble sooner or later. A) The turbo is spinning out of it's efficiency range B) Your clutch will slip C) You have a pretty good chance of popping a piston. I would recommend getting a 22-23PSi tune which is what most of his tunes are, these are bulletproof and proven tunes and with basic bolt-ons these tunes put you at 300WHP/330WTQ.

I've never heard of the "increase shift firmness" option.

I would also ask him to remove your cat overtemp protection and remove cat warmup mode (since your catless) and raise your rev limiter to 6500RPM or more if you like.

welll since this is a noob thread ill ask a noob question.

7k redline.. how well does the LNF hold up on that? i know lsj's can rev to 7500 stock without problems, but i only want 7k because any higher would be a waste on the k04

lsj's handling 7500rpm stock!!!! Can we say Valve Floating. The stock valve springs arent really meant to handle more that 7k rpm may 7200 every once in a while. 7500 requires a little headwork.

the lnf should stand up to 7k without any issues from what I have read.

first of all get rid of the spring upgrade it sucks...

dont get the 25-27psi tune thats dumb and wont make as much power as the lower boost tunes, and is very dangerous to your car in the longer term

you want the 16-23 psi tunes those are perfect!!!

increased shift firmness i believe is for auto trannys only....

ask for 16psi low boost, 23psi high boost, speed limiter delete, rise rev limiter to 7k, offroad cats, cruise control trigger for tunes and you should be set!

Yes cat overtemp & cat warm-up are exatly like their names sound and if you don't have a cat you don't need either.

long story shot, dont raise ur boost past 24 psi, 22 psi is sweet spot. no issues with it, guys that go over 24psi kill a ringland eventually. id advise u to put the trigger in the comp mode button instead, gives ur comp more something it should have had to begin with, more power. i find i always hit my cruze button by accident, dont know if u do, but u might turn off ur tune in the middle of a race. lol dont raise the rev limit past 6500 with stock turbo, its useless, ur turbo will just nose dive after that anyway.

ok I have my rev limiter at 7k in 1,2 and 7,200 in 3rd but I always shift before but it helps me nail the NLS everytime at the track. btw you can rev the car to 7,500 the thing is the turbo would be at like 10psi. I feel 6,500 is a little low for the rev limiter because that is when thats when I start my NLS in 1st
