It's a 4 bolt but it's very different from the DSM 4 bold flange

There is an adaptor you can purchase through dejon to change the flange to a DSM flange. Here's the link to that.. http://cobalt.dejonpowerhouse.com/ed...5-TAE-CBTA.jpg

If it came from a dsm you'll need some adapters from dejon, its the two parts at the bottom of this page http://cobalt.dejonpowerhouse.com/ed...bochargers.htm

The turbo's will need some modification though, you'll need to re-clock it and make a new bracket to hold the wastegate arm. Dejon does this for you if you purchase it from them.

If your serious about this I hope your prepared to spend a **** ton of money to get your car to run right with this 50 trim. Just getting this thing tuned will be a PITA. If you want a big turbo get the ZZP or Synapse kits.

WORD ^^ I can't even imagine trying to fabricate and tune your own custom set up after all even ZZP and Synapse had a little trouble getting it dialed in. HAHN tried it and they failed horribly imagine how many more resources they probably had ...

Using a welder and hptuners is not rocket science.

Its doable, there just seems to be too much doubt here for whatever reason.

BTF had no problem making 400whp with hptuners 2 years ago without any fuel pressure tables.

Ok so my point is you are going to need a vendors help some way or another .. It isn't just welding and HPT ..

I think BTF's power band blows donkey ***** but thats IMO .. Not worth it if you think about it ... might as well just use the resources provided instead of re inventing the wheel... Every man to his own I guess..

Tuning isn't hard at all. If you don't wanna fab everything up, snagging up those dejon goodies will make it cake. The gayest part of the entire thing probably being ******* around with the wastegate arm and the re-clocking as said previously. Even easier if you're willing to dishout cash for a HPT tunable trifecta base calibration. Also spray meth, and lots of it.

Get your hands on a used S20G and go to town.
