Thank you God!! Or Hahn, LOL!! Hey Bill, if you could just PM the total price on what I want. All I want is a catless DP with the electric cutout. I dont wanna worry about swapping between 3 different things, just be able to open and close the cutout when I want. Thanks

I believe they're all interchangable so yes it will work.

(If I'm wrong please correct me)

LSJ version is on its way soon! it's a concept that will work very well on those cars too, especially for the folks who are contemplating Going Turbo at some point in the future.

If I'm doing the math right, way too much. But it all depends on what you wanna be able to do with it.

Does anyone realize that even with a catted down pipe it is still not street legal?

Emission laws state that you can't do ANYTHING to a cat.

Move it, hollow it, have less than stock etc.

You have MORE of a chance of getting away with a catted one, but by the book, down to the nitty gritty, a catted pipe is JUST as illegal as an uncatted one.

Other than that, GREAT looking product, and a good idea for us all.

I know I'm getting kinda ansy though. All I want is a catless DP with an electric cutout, and that is it. I dont wanna have to worry about switching this and that. And my younger Brother has a catless DP with electric cutout on his SRT-4 with stock exhaust, and OMG!! the sound is awesome. I think he has vids on youtube, but I'll check.

Ah yes, the 'letter of the law'.

The best advice here is to always know one's local laws, and act accordingly. Most cat replacements are not looked down upon too hard, but no one 'blanket' approach works in every jurisdiction, so...know what your local scenario is before modding your car's emissions.

Thanks for the good word!

So, you would like, perhaps, our OffRoad one-piece downpipe:

Hahn Cobalt TC OffRoad Downpipe

...but also with the cutout feature installed?

Yes that is all I want, a catless DP with the cutout feature. I dont know what to add up and what not to since I dont want all those pieces, I just want one feature, catless with electric cutout only.

No problem

This is coming from someone who has a catless DP, but know if **** hits the fan, the stocker can go back on.

True. We don't have an option for both cut-out and cat at the same time.

It's just as easy as taking off the stock one and putting on an aftermarket one. I was gonna use a lift at this guys shop who my Brother knows, but as of now they're not talking, go figure. So I'll just roll the car onto some ramps and go to work.

You're right it is, but if you add up all the midsection pieces plus the cost of the 2 sections you get for $350, you're paying pretty darn close to $800 for all the pieces.
