You dont always need to weld your exhaust, just depending on what exhaust it is and the fitment. And there aint no system out there worth $800+.

Both turbo'd 4 cylinders. don't think just because the cobalt ss/tc is new it's some god-like car. they have cutouts for EVO's and STi's too. why? because they work and make a difference. i like my cutout and i drive more with it open than closed. it's loud enough to set off car alarms in a movie theater parking lot too.
