Valve spring install compressed air

I am installing valve springs after work tonight. I will be using compressed air to keep the valves in place. What air pressure should this be done at?

90 to 100 psi. If your compressor can't hold it steady don't even bother. Last thing you wanna do is drop a valve

I just filled my compressor to 150 and set the regulator at 90 and it worked great. Valves didn't budge. Thanks.
