Warranty question

Ok so my computer randomly fried and i have a downpipe and charge piping on it. Now my computer had trifecta on it but i took it off so it was stock. Now the dealership they found a code on the computer which makes no sense at all cause i deleted my tune and put the stock on. Do you think they would still replace the ECM under warrenty

Take off the downpipe stat. They will claim it caused the issue.

Actually it makes perfect sense. If the code is a hard fault within the ECM or a sensor, a code will set immedeatly after you reflashed the PCM.

I wouldn't worry about it. Its hard to claim that physical exhaust and intake mods caused an electrical issue.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The only thing they told you was that it had a code which it should if it went bad.
