What next? E47/E85 or Intercooer or ?

Ok im looking for the next project on my never ending money pit. jk lol I want to start tuning for E47 or maybe upgrade to the 5th injector and go full e85? Or I want to get a upgraded intercooler? What does everyone think?

I currently have a custom HP tune, ic piping, catless DP, dejon intake, forge bpv. Open to anything except changing the turbo.

from everything i have read that our fuel system is not capable of supplying enough fuel for full e85 because its 30% more fuel.

It can be done if you turn the power down so that the fuel system can keep but then what's the point? On stock turbo you'll never surpass what E47 can do for you.

I know the higher elevation guys seem to be able to run E85 on HP tunes. Vince does for his Trifecta tunes but he's gotta be keeping them conservative.

i think the problem is that torque kicks it to low with the stock k04 so they have to ramp up the boost slowly instead of just slamming it down right away. I know james could come in and tell us how its done

i have the full E85 trifecta tune on stock fuel system. running 22 psi i made 339hp/352tq. but i dont think its true E85 as the pumps say its rated at 70% or sumthin like that. i do notice boost is on a slow ramp though. When i get back from this deployment(september) i will be looking to HP tune my car and not be so "conservative" might up the boost a little too.

I make 325WHP and 383WTQ with 91 so I would say that your tune is not to its full capabilities. One of the other guys was telling me to get a ethanol tester to you know exactly how much the % is.

I think I would like to go with a E47 tune just because, I know the fuel system can supply that much fuel with no problem. Does anyone think that I should get a better intercooler first or anything else i should do first?

ZZP and Treadstone TR8 are very popular. Both quality. ZZP is easier to install.

Another thing you may need eventually is new injector seals from the LHU motor in the Regals, the stock LNF seals eventually fail due to the corrosive effects of E85.
