What's causing my whacked fuel trims?
I would venture to say yes, but we can't be sure without first hand logs.

So I put my stock ic back on and my stock filter back in.... Seems to be a little better but not much.... I think I'm gonna just get the trifecta tune, my buddy that has an 09ss works is a Lexus tech and he thinks the problem is with the programming. He said that maybe they put the wrong calibration number
I find it very odd you don't have a CEL if it's that bad.
Find someone with a DashHawk or DashDaq to read the trims for you.
When I was having lower MAP problems with Stage 1 I had outrageous fuel trims and no CEL.

Car is Back boosting to normal levels but the car still works like crap.... Wonder what that could have been.... I called onstar and they said there is no code.... Like WTF.... I drove 5kms with only 5 psi max.....what could be wrong?
If you havent, I would start there.
Do you have a way of scanning for codes? You may not have a check engine light but you may have a code set.

I'm going to the dealer today and they are gonna see if I have a code.
I'm surprised it didn't throw a cel... I drove it like that for 5km....I'll probably solder the Sensor connection while I'm at it.

No I won't be in the city today.... I'm heading home..... I probably won't be back for appleblossems either....going to a couple dealers today then taking the car to digby and stripping it down....
The spark plugs in the picture look perfect.
I would venture to guess that the airbox mod is causing alot of your problems. Any modifications to the intake, even a K&N drop in (which you had both at first) and you really need to get a MAF tune or your fuel trims will be totally messed up. Either put a stock intake back on or go get it tuned and you will probably solve your problems.

Dealer found a p0236 code but cleared it to see if it happens again..... What does this code mean.
Found out the code has something to do with the boost pressure sensor..... Any other suggestions

Map sensor. Wiring or the map itself is fucked or on its way out. This is also reaffirmed by the fact your car was surging and not boosting until you restarted the car. This issue happens when the GMS kit is not wired properly or the connections are **** on the charge pipe TMAP.
I'm 90% sure it's the lower MAP sensor. Might make sure the fitment is right and the dealer may need to rewire or solder the connection.
It sucks so many people are having problems.
