i have a 2009 cobalt ss with 12,000 miles on it. mods are AEM CAI, treadstone intercooler, zzp catless downpipe, zzp 3"exhaust. im buying a trifecta tune kit for it, and i wanna keep the car for quite a while. whats safe boost numbers i should get? i dont want anthing ridiculous, but i still want it to have speed. i was thanking 22ish when racing, but dont know how many when jus cruising.

 

When your cruising keep your foot off the gas... Why would you need to change it from 22 psi? Just have it set there and call it a day.

Depending on moss. If you have charge pipes intercooler downpipe and ect no Meth or e id say 23 most just for reliability. . And with Meth or e on a stock block 26-27 depending on how aggressive. The customer wants it. I do 33lbs on my own block but Im also built and can handle it fine.. But its not my driveability tune. My normal tune is 19-20 just Becuz.

Get that thing HP tuned for E85 mix. You can run 24 psi and be beastly with what you have. One thing though, since it is not specified in the first post... are you running the stock charge pipes with the treadstone beta intercooler kit or the full treadstone intercooler kit with pipes? I spin tires all I want in second and into third.

Ok cool, yea get that thing on 24psi and on ethanol if you there is a station nearby, you wont regret it. HP tune it too bro you will love it.
