I'm stock too as far as the engine mods. Mainly because the warranty is still in effect. and wanted to take care of headlight retrofits and tint first for comfort and to see at night. now deciding whether I want to go with GMS1 (to keep everything under warranty) or take a plunge and get a catless DP and trifecta selectable tune.
But family comes first, so most of planned upgrades get pushed back because of more pressing needs that come up. Things have changed a lot since my younger single days but I don't regret it a bit.

2010 Cobalt SS: ZZP EFR 6758, HP tuned by Css3 @ 24 Psi on E47, Badmab 3" catless downpipe stock resonator no muffler straight piped, KN Short ram intake, CX racing intercooler, Ky stage 3 clutch, ZZP front and rear transmission mounts, CM springs. Nitto Nt05 245/40/18 up front.
Saving for, Stage 1 Cams/ large fuel lobe, Valve springs. Weisco pistons, 4340 rods... Anything else I'd need in this motor build?

I'm thinking catted dp and exhaust are next, but I want a real mellow sound - except for the sneezes through the K&N, I don't like to announce much.

Your setup sounds like something I think would be ideal for me. Except for I'd also want a catless DP in there...
