Really? That's quite disappointing. I thought opening up the exhaust on a turbo set up would gain more. Is it because it's already maxed out or because it's direct injected?

You have to think about what that stock turbo is - it is the primary restriction as much as it is the power-improver; opening up behind the turbo is not going to have the same effect as in an N/A car. The stock on a 2.0 LNF is "acceptable" in terms of flow post-turbo, so the gains are not as impressive. If you go hairy-*****-to-the-wall on a turbo upgrade, maybe these numbers would be different!

Well, theoretically emissions laws are federal....

Doubt you'll get in trouble with the po po, and considering no inspectors I know if know the difference between a catted and catless dp......

I was just saying my personal push is to make the performance mods on all my cars "legal" (note the quotes)!

"legal" as in " what they don't know, won't hurt them"?

2. ZZP catted downpipe.
3. HPT Suite with IamBroke (Tom) E47 21 psi tune.

Thanks, man. That was the plan. These cars will handle 320hp/350tq with no issues at all. Pouring money into them is ridiculous, IMO. Know the limits of the car and stick to them. Easy peezy. Have fun!

I've kept the K04, because up until recently it had one of the best curves for road courses, which was what I wanted the car to be more geared towards versus outright power (part of the reason peak power numbers weren't really of interest to me).

Now that the ZFR is around, it seems that I could possibly have my cake and eat it too, and I'm hoping that I'm finishing doing the support mods to safely bolt one on long term. It'd allow me to keep the road course quick-and-nimble nature of it while being able to do respectable on highway rolls too... with a switch-flick or reflash of a tune.
