So they are in the office more than likely?? My cars down untill i get a part from them :P I paid for next day air and I just want to make sure they ship today.

I know.. I'm in indiana our time zones are right next to eachother. Part should not take long at all to reach my door step

It only took 3 days stand UPS delivery to get to Nebraska for all of the stuff I ordered from them. I have to say it was some of the best customer service and shipping I have seen in a while. That and Turbo Tim has been a knowledge base for a lot of the stuff I have done.

Yeah so STILL no word from ZZP. They are not picking up the phone or answer my emails... If i pay for next day air I just hope they mail it today... Nothing like paying for next day and they dont ship it out for 3

Kyla contacted me! They will have the part shipped out today and they will provided me the tracking number... VERY NICE!

 

My only thing is that I understand that you want to get your part you ordered it today and you were making kind of a big deal about getting a hold of them. They are business and have awesome customer service but as you found out you have to give them a chance. Just my .02!

 

I agree with you 100% Coopercharge. This is my first run through with ZZP and i was unsure if they were open. That's why i made my orginal post. I remember hearing someone talk about them not being open for something. Oh well no big deal. Thanks for everyones time! I will let you know how the product looks
