What would make you say that just because there is a little oil in the intake he has a serious problem Look in the intake of every car (without a catch can) on this site and I bet you they all have a little bit of oil there.

That's exactly what it is.
I've already spoke of both LNF's I've seen that showed oil in there. I've helped a couple other friends put intakes on their LNF's after running tuned for a while and there was no oil in there when we swapped intakes.

White smoke was coming out of my exhaust only when in neutral and it was also misfiring like crazy while driving so I took it in and the dealer told me it was my turbo. I replaced it and had the same problem. All my mods are still on the car and they are now putting in new pistons and rings under warranty. I really don't know what even caused this to happen.

I'd put everything back to stock just to be safe.

This is normal for the LNF. The PCV blows little tiny amounts of oil into the intake. Nothing to be afraid of.

apparently where finding out on the kappa forums that the pistons cant handle over 300whp for long, its just starting to show all over my forums now.
Im pushing over 300hp and have been for over 30,000 miles of intense abuse. I hate to talk **** about a tune, but just throwing the facts out there, this is the third car that has been blown up buy this tuner including his own personal car that i know of. Of coarse any idiot can dog one of these cars to the point of blowing up if you purposly abuse it, but obviously there is something not right on his tunes that needs to be changed.

no it doesnt, it means he has a little blow by, like most every other lnf. the noise and white smoke means he needs to put it back to stock and take it to dealer

Who is this tuner who's casing 300+ WHP motors to blow out of curiosity?

There are hundreds of 300+WHP LNF's on this site who have put many miles on without issues. ripped why would you say 300+ is dangerous?

I believe hes talking about a local here in Houston that popped quite a few motors tuning. And I think he's the one that tuned Jaygo's car. On that note though every LNF(mix of Trifecta and HPT tuned cars) car I know in Houston has had new pistons or motors installed under warranty(or we put forged ones in ourselves) cause they all had ringland failures or piston issues.

Jaygo put it to stock and take it to the dealer.

A little oil is normal. I took off my K&N to install the Forge BPV and could see a small trail inside the intake from the breather hose connection down to the coupler.

pulled the plugs, oil one cylinder 1's plug
other cylinders look normal
strong oil buring smell at idol, and on take off
smoke only comes out on take off and after boost...

compression test:
cylinders 2,3,4 = 150
#1 = 75

FML, pretty sure its the piston rings......

On the 300whp discussion...
First, I'm not a tuner so I'm just wondering but there's plenty of people over 300whp who've been that way for quite some time (myself included) and haven't had issues. Would it be trying to run too much timing maybe having something to do with people busting rings???

I just ordered a K&N SRI and a DP and plan on a trifecta tune to hit ~300whp and now I'm slightly worried about possible problems down the road...

I know there is always warrenty but even flshing back to stock isnt always a 100% solution

Yea, 25psi is known to do that. If you go over 23psi its almost expected to kill your motor

i had over 300 for a long time as well guys, but it still hit me....
iv been idoling rough for about a month but thought it wasnt anything major

i did the compression test at my house lol
any auto parts store should be able to do it, it is very simple, pull ur coil packs and plugs out of all cylinders, insert the comression gauge (has a fitting on end to screw into cylinder just like spark plug), turn the motor over for about 3-4 sec's and look at the gauge.....

i couldnt tell if it was more blue or white but its def not black lol (smoke)
