I would see if anyone that works at the dealer drives a ss/sc, or turbo. They might frequent this site, and did some research for foul play on your part

How exactly can the dealership prove you posted anything on this forum? This is the internet and you can invent your own identity. Anyone can be anyone when it comes to the internet.

no they printed it out at the dealership or someone printed it and brought it to there attention that i hit something and i was trying to fraud them.. and that i was in the WTB/LTB section to get a intercooler (this was posted after they told me they wouldn't warrenty it ofcourse i would do that)...

but i read to my dad what i posted and what i said didnt match up to what they have aka u save the thread to your computer edit it and hit PRINT

anyways they tried to hook me up and i APPRECIATE IT on the labor and parts saying it would be around $5xx todo the intercooler and put the car back together but i told them dont bother ima get a used one do it myself fix my dmg on the car and sell it like i was going todo initially... i got 2 paid off cars so i don't need to deal with a payment or high insurance anymore

This still doesn't prove that it was legitimately you who posted anything. Go to a different dealer?

I would never take my car to that dealer and advise anyone that you know or run into no do business with them ether. If a member here did it I hope they get what they deserve and the same thing happens to them, and I would hope they would be banned.

thats fkn stupid, whoever did it should be kicked in the dick...they prolly just made some **** up and wanted to see if youd fall for it...if thats what they were going for, it looks like you did, they got out of having to warranty your car...pull the car out of their shop and block the door while you put it back together...then call bbb and report them for fraud

It was more than likely someone who works at the dealer and comes to the site. No one here would have known which dealer he took the car to so he must have just put 2+2 together. If that is the case, then its the OPs fault because he cracked it (during an accident), it wasn't faulty. Which means warranty doesn't cover it, period.

So just to be clear, you backed up over a curb and damaged the bottom of your intercooler, the dealer found out and isn't going to warranty ithe intercooler?Or are they denying the warranty on everything?
If it is just the intercooler they are denying, they are right in doing so,but not everything else.

Gm doing it on there own is one thing, some internet e-snitch telling on purpose is another.

Albeit annoying, and none of anyone's business, let's get back to the main issue here.

OP, was warranty work denied because the intercooler was damaged by you and not a GM build quality issue? If so, you have no leg to stand on.

Regarding whomever the e-snitch is, I will guarantee it's a dealer employee. I would find another dealer and pull your posts off the internet that have to do w/ you trying to defraud GM...

If ? you caught that water catcher or any part of the IC on a curb, parking stop, hilly driveway or anything else and broke it that is your fault not GMs. They will be able to tell if it impacted something at the dealer and will deny your warranty claim on that basis. Road hazzards are not part of your warranty coverage. Several on here have hit raccoons and other animals and had to replace their ICs. Man up and buy a new one.

You damaging your car is a Insurance issue not your warranty. And there may be no e-snitch, compenys have investigators who job it is to find evidence. quick search on google could have turned up your thread .
