Fyi- 09cobaltss1 is a good tuner, kind of like term 2, they can tweak these cars and get just a bit more out of them than some other guys. I think colodude and wert are right there with those numbers if not just a bit higher. Problem most always comes to getting that power to the ground without excessive tire spin.

The smaller one is good for 400WHP .. bigger one can spit out 40 more whp at similar boost levels/tune.

I got the 7163 and its just that much better than the old ZFR.

Speaking of big turbos, my buddy has a brand new BW9180 for sale. Install on his STI, that he never finished. Never even been started.

That's a huge turbo for an EJ motor.

Whats his build?

He has a Crawford built 2.7L block etc... blah blah blah

Have a look - he spent crazy money on parts - life caught up with him, Couldn't finish the build.

Wow, $22,500 for the motor minus turbo setup. That's expensive!

Yes sir. 100% stock engine and trans. I actually hit the dyno last Saturday and put down 452/401 @26psi so I guess I need to update my signature. lol

I'm guessing/assuming that was just likely a slip considering it's in my sig.

Yeah, the 4.45 gears help out quite a bit with putting power down on the dyno. A 3.82 has a much harder time eeking out the power at the wheels.
