ZZP Downpipe

Do I need a tune for the ZZP Downpipe? Also we have no emissions on the side of Maryland I live, but we r required cats but I dont believe they ever check. So what options do I need to check when ordering? So many decisions haha

You don't have to tune for it, but tuning does actually make the downpipe give you extra HP. I'd just get the Catless

you can run it on the stock tune without throwing a code. no power from it till you get tuned though.

ive been running mine for a little over a month and no codes. just put my mpx exhaust on 2 weeks ago and its still okay.

Good to hear...I want a tune just having problems finding time to meet up with someone who does it and knows how. How hard was it to install the DP?

Not too hard, maybe 30-40 mins. hardest thing was breaking free the o2 sensor that bitch was on there haha.

We have emissions here I just don't care. Mine gave me a bunch of crap, but that's typical for me...

We don't have emissions where I'm at but they do require a Cat, but they only check it by looking so if I was you I would just get a fake cat placed on there.

I have a ZZP downpipe with high flow cat, it has a long tube where the O2 sensor connects which does not throw a code. There is not much performance difference between the catted and catless ZZP downpipes. Like was said, you can get by without a tune, but you need a tune to unlock max power.
