zzp downpipe

im gonna order a zzp downpipe for my tc today. i have a stock exhaust and im wondering will it be loud if i go catless ? or should i just go with a highflow cat. i dont want my car loud and i dont want it loud on the inside at all. i watched some vids but you cant really determine what it sounds like because its a camera and its placed basically ontop of the exhaust in every vid lol

so can you smell it inside? and i dont want my car to sound like a civic with a massive muffler on it i want it to be quiet but powerful

im just tired of the loud exhaust type my old 2.2 had a catback magna flow and it did sound good but i just got tired of it and dont want anything like that anymore thats why i wanna know if a catless downpipe will be loud and would a highflow cat be much quieter?

i wanna sound stock at low rpms if its possible

No you can not smell it inside just if your outside of your car while it's running it does not sound that different at low rpms compared to stock but when you get on it it will be louder then stock but it's a good tone and I don't know about a highflow cat but I'm guessing if you want quiet with more power then that is probley the way to go

Mine's catless and it can be pretty stinky :P I'm also mufflerless and it has a nice tone, but it is loud when you get on it. I think with the stock catback, you'll be fine soundwise. Definately ain't no ricey honda sounds from turbo balts.. it don't matter what exhaust you put on it imo.

Yes, the car is a little stinky with out the cat. Yes, it is a slight bit louder than stock at idle but with a deeper tone until you get on it. Also, the 2nd to 3rd no lift shift with a cat-less down pipe w/ a stock cat-back sounds like a shot gun blast! Very fun lol!
