ZZP Dyno Tune

Ok so yesterday I went to ZZP. They needed to use my car to test fit their new Intake tube.

Any way They put my car on the dyno for a few hours. The guys are great. If you guys did not know they must employ over 10 people.

This is used on a Mustang Dyno

ok so GMS1, ZZP downpipe, CS intercooler, K&N drop in and Air box mod but not the intake tube.=282HP at 5600 & 303TQ at 4150 Boost drops bad along with the rest of the power at 5,800rpm

ok then ZZP Tune, GMS1, ZZP downpipe, CS intercooler, K&N drop in and Air box mod with their Intake tube.=303hp at 4250 & 366 at 4450

21HP more and 63TQ more!

With the new Tune my tires hate me now!!! All I do is spin and first gear is a Joke haha
2nd just spins to

I had a few pulls that had higher numbers but after some tuning I ended up with 24psi.
I am happy with the tune and strongly suggest that everyone that lives near by to get this.

Nice numbers?

Out of curiosity is their intake tube going to need to be tuned for?

probably not is my guess.. you'll still have the stock air box in place i think / the intake mod they did a how to for it's just a better flowing tube from the airbox to the turbo

If you change the air filter, it will. Not sure on the inlet tubing changing anything tho.

Lets see some track numbers! You say you have the mild tune? What is the more aggressive tune looking like? Are they Trifecta tuners? Very cool numbers.

they use HPT

I am only at 24 PSI I would go higher although the tiny stocker would fail.

they can tune the car richer add or timming ext I am sure they could make a tune with 20 more TQ HP

Yeah I'm sure they could but the k04 isnt really that efficient after 22lbs

Good numbers non the less

It doesnt lose much efficiency... and the car will keep making more power/torque out to 30psi. Ive shown dynos of it doing so.
