I'm thinkin you maybe posted in the wrong section by accident?

Either way, I just installed a ZZP stage 3 setup in a buddy of mine's 06 SS. It most definitely woke the car up quite a bit and the h/e is very nice. The only complaint I had was the tune was a little iffy (a custom tune would definitely be a good idea, but not needed), and or course if you do a PCM swap you will need to do a crank relearn. All in all, it's a pretty nice setup

pcm has to learn the "new vihicle's" crank position sensor via tuning software in order to run properly.. or the dealer can do it as well

a custom tune would definitely benefit over the "canned" zzp tune file in the new pcm they will ship out, but it's not needed for the car to run properly. The crankcase relearn however is definitely needed, but it's not so much a "tune", rather it's a matter of getting the new pcm to communicate and learn the positioning of the "new vehicle's" crank sensor. Reason I'm saying "new vehicle" is only because you have to remember that the pcm came out of a different vehicle and needs to be taught how to communicate properly with you car's crank sensor. So your car is essentially a new vehicle to the pcm..

lol.. yep that would definitely solve that problem very easily. Most people have a hard time going for a week or so without their car so I sort of assumed you would be just swapping pcm's. Didn't mean to assume anything on ya..

Now next time post in the correct section damnit!! lol.. j/k
