I have been trying to place a order with them since last Thursday but havnt been able to talk with anyone. I have called and left 2 voicemails, and left 2 emails with my name number and a few quetions. No response. I figured they were backed up or something so I placed the order yesterday around 3pm and attached a message in the order for them to call me with my number. Still no reply. They processed the order and pulled the money and a verification but no reply.
The worst part is I am working on another vehicle that needed a few parts to complete his s/c swap. I reffered him to ZZP. He called and left a message and had a call back 30mins later and completed his order. Are yall just avoiding this conversation for some reason?

they just called me yesterday to confirm my email address for paypal... I know Matt is out of town so maybe they're just really busy...

We answer calls in order. I would guess the VM was garbled or you didn't leave a # to phone back or the message didn't take, etc.
Email with info asking for a callback. include order # please.

 

I always email/pm ryan or tim if I have an issue/question, and they get back to me way faster than I would expect someone busy as them to.

 

I ordered some stuff from them last week and they shipped it next day...
