I would try and avoid zzp if you could, i just went through 2 months of hell with them. Will post entire story soon.
That's the fun part, building the engine up.. but with this kit you definitely need to upgrade the parts that need it the most.. if not, most parts internally will fail over time.. ask me how i know..

Be careful telling your story. The problem was not what it appeared to be at first glance. The fault did not lie where you probably think it did.

Have you ever Broke anything on your car with the kit?

How reliable is the Kit has a 252et Turbo ever failed on these cars?

My dad wants to get me something for my Graduation Gift and I want this, I just want input.

Thank you.
I liked mine. Budget in a Clutch, and springs at the very least. Though I can't speak for TwentytenSS, I believe i'm the only one who has had a 252et failure. Matt @ ZZP did a phenomenal job helping me trouble shoot and getting me new parts. The situation was frustrating but ZZP did everything in their power to help me and I was very thankful.

Do not be scared of ZZP they will support you and back their products.

I have had the 252et kit on my car over a year now, and had the "stage 4" clutch 6 months before the kit went on and have experienced no slipping at all, making 450hp/450lb ft on drag radials.

If you have a personal issue with ZZP you should probably work it out with them, since it's, you know...personal. Your story becomes very weak regardless of how true it may be since you're spreading FUD about a set up that has proven to be very reliable.

There's always a bad flower in the pot :P Doesn't affect my judgment on ZZP's stuff at all lol. Still waitin on that EFR and a full build from them when it comes out, and do in fact go all out.
