Zzperformance phones?
Zzperformance phones?
Hey guys just curious if zzperformance usually answers their phones. I've been calling for 2 days and no answer on the ordering or tech line. I left a message. I wanted to place an order but had some questions.
i sent an email, and received a call the next day and placed an order over the phone with a hot sounding chick. well any chick that knows car parts is probably hot. or..really fat. yeah she probably was fat.
zzp the worst customer service? are u nuts. only person i have ever hear say there customer service sucks. Hell they've been helping me and even kinda hinted that i should maybe go a different company's route for a particular item, there awesome
What kinda company doesn't have someone answering phones, though? It doesn't make you look good when communication, by the most popular form of it, isn't available. It's irritating. Customer Service = phones.
I must have been lucky. I called to order the wisecos and spoke with a girl. Had to call back a few hrs later and got her again. It was a painless process for me.
E-mail, like everyone has said is probably the quickest though.

I understand your take on answering phones. It would be great if we could answer every call and talk with callers until they are completely satisfied and ready to hang up. I really wish we could do that, but we can't. When we try, we end up with several people on the phone all day long answering questions about everything under the sun and offering tech support on competitors products and custom projects completely unrelated to our products or services. We could raise the prices on all of our products, but that would probably make the problem worse since people would simply buy where parts are cheaper, but call us for tech support. Your best bet is to email customerservice@zzperformance.com or my email is stattama@aol.com. I prefer not to get PMs. I received 37 PMs a couple days ago, which means the including responses, I have to clear out messages that are less than a day old. This makes it difficult to work with customers when I can't refer back to questions or info when a part shows up or is ready to ship out, etc...
i recommend other places to certain customers at my work sometimes. they also think im helpful bahahaha
