Zzperformance phones?

Hey guys just curious if zzperformance usually answers their phones. I've been calling for 2 days and no answer on the ordering or tech line. I left a message. I wanted to place an order but had some questions.

What kinda company doesn't have someone answering phones, though? It doesn't make you look good when communication, by the most popular form of it, isn't available. It's irritating. Customer Service = phones.

They aren't a big company, Ive only had to call once and it picked up on the second ring, maybe the girl that answers the phone is sick?

I must have been lucky. I called to order the wisecos and spoke with a girl. Had to call back a few hrs later and got her again. It was a painless process for me.

E-mail, like everyone has said is probably the quickest though.

I understand your take on answering phones. It would be great if we could answer every call and talk with callers until they are completely satisfied and ready to hang up. I really wish we could do that, but we can't. When we try, we end up with several people on the phone all day long answering questions about everything under the sun and offering tech support on competitors products and custom projects completely unrelated to our products or services. We could raise the prices on all of our products, but that would probably make the problem worse since people would simply buy where parts are cheaper, but call us for tech support. Your best bet is to email customerservice@zzperformance.com or my email is stattama@aol.com. I prefer not to get PMs. I received 37 PMs a couple days ago, which means the including responses, I have to clear out messages that are less than a day old. This makes it difficult to work with customers when I can't refer back to questions or info when a part shows up or is ready to ship out, etc...

I guess you guys get a lot of wingnuts calling and asking a lot of stupid questions about products they never intend to purchase. I can see where that can get old. I just don't like it when I can't call a company and talk to someone. It's like Paypal and Ebay all over again.

hahaha thats what they do when they think ur going to be a shitty customers and are going to be a further hassle down the road, by either wasting their time looking for help or demanding to return whatever you bought for no reason

i recommend other places to certain customers at my work sometimes. they also think im helpful bahahaha
