07 Cobalt Ss/SC looking to upgrade without voiding warranties.

I have a completely bone stock 07 Cobalt SS/SC. I was thinking of getting the ZZP Stage 3 kit, dual pass cooling and the ZZP 3 inch CAI but I have a feeling these upgrades will void my factory warranties which are as follows:

bumper to bumper for another 2 years
powertrain for another 3 years

I heard of Gmpp but when I google it and go to the website there isn't anything for Cobalts.

Wasn't really sure if ZZP will void the warranties or not. Any useful information is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Always remember this right when it comes to modifying your car: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/general-cobalt-68/your-rights-about-your-car-warranty-aftermarket-mods-7439/

Also you can order the GM stage kits from crate engine depot:
http://www.crateenginedepot.com/stor...P1540C196.aspx

Keep in mind, you will get better gains by going with OTT Stage 2 or ZZP Stage 3.

You gotta pay to play bud.
If you wanna go fast the last thing your gonna worry about it warrenties, that being said as long as you modify safely and dont do anything stupid you can utilize your warrenty and still mod you car. That being said, my car is moderatly modified and I still use the factory warrenty for work. Know your rights when it comes to the dealership denying warrenty coverage.

Just be aware that whenever you add a non GM stage kit, none of the parts in that kit are warrantied. If the dealer/GM can prove that the stage kit nuked your powertrain, then they will not honor the warranty either.

If your concerned about warranty theres still many gm parts you can do

GM stage 2
You can do the airbox mod which is just as effective as many aftermarket intakes
Gm extrude honed exhaust manifold
GM performance exhaust

Thats usually good for 250-260hp

fixed

and as others have said, you wont void your warranty unless they can prove that part a made part b fail, although even if you bring it in for a check now and they see an aftermarket tune they can waive your warranty, i can find the news link if you want that.
if your that worried about warranty you wouldnt be looking up aftermarket parts. youll be fine with them tho, pull the trigger and do it
