Yes it works. and if you pay a bit and buy a quality one, they work extremely well.
just make sure you use it as directed. 1 bottle. and before a fillup.
when i was testing fuels due to knock in my car.
a bottle of good quality octane boost would make 91 octane run in my car with 0* of knock and noticably smoother acceleration, and the car just felt better.

I never use octane boosters. If you read the bottle and it says something like "Raises your octane 10 points!", you're like wow, my 91 is now 101! Not the case. Every "point" is 1/10th of a complete point. Meaning your 91 is now 92. Go onto gnttype.org and learn how to mix things like touline, xylene and such to make a real octane boost. And it won't seperate in your tank either.
