i was rather surprised at how long its been taking, he usually seems to do quick turnaround

 

Believe his last 3 builds have taken at least 5 months if not more a piece, oh when he actually works its great.

 

Yeah he needs to get that **** done so I can borrow your hptuners and have him finish tuning my car!

 

You can borrow it once i get mine back like a stated, dont help if your still waiting a month+ at this point for a tune update. Lets get him to send you the update first then let me know and i will drop off the cable at your parents so they can ship it to you.

 

I feel for ya bro. He had two throttle bodies of mine for three months to port and polish. Was told a two week turn around max.

 

sounds liek he needs to get to that new shop already and hire a few people to help

 

Dont even think thats happening anymore, he was suppose to be there end of Aug

What tune update?? I have received no logs since he has no access to HPT..

nick i know exactly whats going on in your life and i think you know what going on in mine.
Maybe you should touch base with me later or post up some pics so i can see ***** getting done. Hell you dont even have to call me if i can see some pics of what was accomplished this weekend. I just need to see things getting done. i am loosing 1.5k a week that i am not working and that is stressfull as hell.

Well nick i do have a ton of respect for you, but as you can see i am a little frustrated.

 

I know the feeling of waiting for a car to be done, mine has been to ZZP a few times to have stuff done and correct things. But they work so fast up there it's amazing, in 1 day my trans was out, new TOB in and all back together. Plus they inspected everything under there, and bled it/test drove the car, along with adjusting my clutch rod from them They built another members car in like a week or so, brand new motor and tune etc. I got to see that one completed, sounded sick.

Can't wait to see your car run though man, it'll be totally worth it.

 

I hear ya there. Still waiting on some pics but apparently the exhaust mani is done at this point. Not sure if its mounted yet but nick can chime in and let everyone know exactly where the build is at. Since the exhaust mani is done the rest should be pretty easy at this point, just needs a few hours of love

ZZP is one of my favorite vendors along with Nick and TTR. I have dealt a ton with Steve in the last few months and will continue to do so. Once i get back on track here i will be ordering the bottom end which i priced at 5k even for everything i want.

Heading up to nicks on Sunday at 5pm so i will take come pictures and post them up when i get back.

 

Well heading back up to nicks tomorrow. Need to drop of my VP M1 and need to pick my old trans so i can ship it back to zzp. Will take some pictures on the progress of the ride and post it up when i get back.

Nice, more pics of the head. Ohh and it might just be me but I don't think the turbo is going to work there....hood might hit it!!! Looks good though, can't wait to see it done.
