Wow currently at 20psi and this EFR is pretty nuts. Just bumped it up from 6psi yesterday. Cant wait to get another update and crank it some more.

 

yeah, 20 that thing is hardly working still! haha

 

Yeah have only pushed it a few times, i still have a exhaust leak somewhere close to the exhaust mani but unfortunately i cant seem to get together with nick. Nick says 'When He knows, I will know" . Guess that means it could be a while until he wants me to come up.

Not sure what to say there and dont feel like creating a rant on it currently.

 

does he have a lot of projects going on or something?

 

Nope Nothing, but what the hell does "when i know you will know tell me", nothing.

Had to switch to a ZZP tune cause he left me high and dry again.

 

I have tried to call and message him for a few things and I never heard back. I figured out what the issie was on my own but a reply or call back would have been good. Not sure what he has going on but at least it's not just me.

Oh i know. I was suppose to be up there this weekend he said the week before. So i started txt him on tuesday and wed and i got the im busy response and the post above.


When i picked up the car i knew the tune was not done but enought for me to get some safe miles on the car. Drove home that night and things where fine with the car. Once i got the miles on i wanted a retune since my idle was off and fuel trims went out of wack.

Either way had ZZP tune the car and currently on that tune on 20psi. Gonna have to chat with Tim since i want to add the 80's i have sitting here.

When nick is ready again i can get whats wrong fixed. I have one IC pipe that cant get left the way it is and the exhaust mani issue. Exhaust fell off at the end a few times and needs to get fixed as well. Other than that meth and the boost reference needs to get added along with the new fuel pump.

Other than that the build is amazing and i love my EFR.

 

Sounds like more issues then you should have.

lol, i have a issue with my boost controller. With the heavy spring in i was holding 20si. For some reason the knob came off and now the the car spikes to 26-27 and AFR is to high to get on it anymore. Waiting on a replacement from Hallman but also picking up a 25$ MBC from a friend to hold me over.

So hopefully i can get that on today and get it back to 20psi where my afr was holding a solid 11.9. Would like to run about 24-26 just need the afr adjusted back down i guess so we can crank it up.

Will log it once i get it to 20psi so Tim@ZZP can adjust it so i can raise it more.

Just got a hold of Hallman and they are shipping me a new MBC out today. Should have some vids up soon.

 

Little 3rd gear pull against a GTR. 16psi and very consertative tune currently from ZZP. New boost controller is in tomorrow so another 9ish or so PSI tomorrow hopefully.
