I see fwd hondas in the 11's all the time at the track, however, they run near 140mph, and they are street cars.

What do you consider RWD 60' times?

I've yet to take my ss/sc to the track but my previous car was a 99 gtp and ran 14.28@95 completly stock. I added a CAI, 3.4 pulley (raises boost by about 3-4 psi), a 3" downpipe and 2.5" catback and ran a few 13.5's @101 and tons of 13.6's @ 100(all stock pcm code). I know the GTP has lots more torque but its bigger, is automatic, and isnt intercooled. It also doesnt have any forged internals. That being said i think our internals can stand up to more than 300hp and 12's can be had without opening the engine.
I see what you are saying, but I think we will have to upgrade pistons and what not, because, the stress of all that power with this small of an engine will kill it, if everything is left stock internally. Rather in a GTP since the engine is larger, it will take more to kill it and it can with stand much more stress...

to safely run beyond 300 horses, ur gonna need to upgrade the: connecting rods, pistons, head gasket, head bolts, and adjustible cam gears.

The connecting rods are fine beyond 300. Pistons are questionable beyond 300-325whp.

The LSJ build book says to change the pistons. The connecting rods and crank should be fine. Stock the pistons are cast aluminum. The ones they used for the 300 hp build were forged and were 10.0:1 instead of 9.5:1. They also used a 73mm (approx. 2.88") pulley. They also changed the cams and valvetrain and reflashed the PCM. They broke 300 hp at almost 7000 rpm.
