Yea they do good tuning, they mostly just tune GM's up there so all they us is HPtuners and have done quite a few cobalts. Their pricing isnt that bad at all either.

I will get some more videos of pulls once the cars tune is finished. I wont be here when the car is finally tuned, I will be back in kentuck and wont be able to get any videos until I get to come back to NC, which should be about 2 weeks.

As soon as I get some kind of work back from the tuner, ill post up some dyno graph. Possibly strart a new thread havnt decided.

It was a complete kit and the install was pretty straight forward, just had a few minor fitment issues but got the worked out rather nicely. The only thing was the idler pulley bracket did not work properly on mine so as you read earlier in the post I went with the 2.2 alternator swap and its working out nicely.

Well Finally got the car tuned up. It currently put down 320whp and 284 tq on 18lbs of boost. I will have the dyno sheets scanned in and put up either tomorrow or monday hopefully. Plans are in a few weeks to upgrade to a front mount air-air intercooler and possibly up the boost a little, re-tune it and get some new numbers. The tune currently is a fairly safe tune, with soft timing. Then its time for the internal build. I will keep posting as I do more work on the car.

I read the last 7 pages and was looking for an answer . Is the motor a completely stock 2.0L , or has any internal work been done?

Damn good numbers bro. I can't wait to see the dyno graph. 18psi is a bit conservative, but that also leaves you plenty of room for improvement if you want. I personally would crank up the boost to 22-24psi after seeing Pauls results and 06Black results.

New videos as soon as you get back to NC please!

yeah man, my car's been holding up fine at 370whp and 22.35 psi for few months now. Bigger turbo comes in this week so we shall see what the stock motor is capable of holding

with that turbo at about 23psi or so he'll have the same issue that i was having.

the head wont flow it. i hit the wall at about 20ish but i'm also running a larger turbo.

you'll be able to push into the 350s but with the lower CFM numbers and the stock head coming into to play 400 is still a distance away.

unless you hit a happy dyno.
