ok so the rd fabs intake i have isnt exactly for a lsj head. seems that im going to have to tap and plug the pcv port on the intake side of the head.

see by the middle bolt on the intake mani flange. theres a hole that should be covering that or allowing me to put the pcv connection in. neither which is gonna happen. so ill tap it and plug it.

agreed, tap and block it and rip the baffling out of your valve cover and create a real PCV system with an oil can and pull vacuum off the "donkey dick intake". I am runnnig a hahn intake to my 20G turbo and you could probably buy one from them if you are looking for an intake. Then just drill and tap it for vacuum to an oil catch can.

Oh and very nice build.

I was expecting the flange to cover it. Not have to plug it myself that's all. Just need a 3/8ths plug and I'm good.

ok finally figured out the new pcv system i making up.

since there was no tab to block the heads pcv port next to the intake manifold. i decided to drill it out to a 1/4 in npt pipe tap. got a brass 1/4"x2" nipple and a 1/4"x-6an 90 degree fitting. of course the intake manifold flange was to tight to the pcv port so the nice powder coat on that spot on the flange had to go and i dremeled the flange down to accept the nipple and bring the 90 out far enough that it doesnt interfere with the intake runner/flange

powell is powder coating a valve cover for me in gloss black. while he is at it he is hacking the stock pcv port off of the v/c opening it up to a -10 an fitting.

both the front head port and the rear valve cover will be connected thru stainlees lines. they will route to a custom powell dual intake (-6 and -10 an fitting) catch can/oil separator. then one -10 line out the catch can to turbo intake for constant vacuum system. this is a closed system. that also returns to my oil pan. so i dont have to worry about draining it.

pics when i touch up intake ani and bolt it back on... also going to see if i can paint the brass fittings or find some black pipe

Make sure you run a PCV valve.Normally the valve is in the intake manifolds,so you will have to run one inline. If you don't,your going to be pushing boost into your crankcase which is what you don't want.

how will it get boost? its all connected to a catch can that connected to the intake tube before the turbo. only thing its gonna get is vacuum. but i will have check valves on the two incoming lines to the catch can as extra security....

Because witchcraft will happen!!! You said you were running it to the intake or intake manifold?

Nevermind reread. Your good. Thought you said you were running it to the manifold.

just put a pipe plug in there...u don't need to have a vent there...the vent on the valve cover is enough..
