ok guys. have a weird problem. im trying to bleed the clutch. im doing it vac style thru the res. when i get pedal pressure that feels about right. i start the car and try to put it in gear. it will not allow me to get the car in any gear when the engine is running. now heres where is gets really odd. if i rev the engine i lose all clutch pedal pressure. then im back at square one.

so. things im looking at.
1. bad tob
2. leak in the system some where. (although i hold vac at 20hg at the res)
3. Bad clutch pipe
4. air bound master/slave cylinders...

any other ideas before i drop the trans and replace the tob and clutch pipe?

p.s. the system does not leak. i have had the car over cardboard for a week there not a drop of anything.
if i have the car running and depress the clutch and try to put it in first. the car tries to creep forward. not much but it does.

i was trying to get a head start on it today. i got the suspension and the fuse box and pcm bracket all out. then it started to rain on me. since i had the cars main fuse connections out i didnt really want them getting wet. so i wrapped in a plastic bag and shut the hood. calling it a day.

hopefully its not raining in the morning and i can jump into it early. couple bolts and the intermidiate shaft is off then the front and rear motor mounts then the steering input knuckle thingy. next drop the sub frame. then get a jack under the trans and remove the driver and passenger motor mounts. then bolts to bell housing. lower the drivers side of the engine so i can slide the trans out.

then do it all back wards lmao.... where is paul tuning u guys. he might come out to my house after he is done with you guys. if u are in bohemia u can come and stop by. pm me if u want. ill shoot u my address.

yup. to much gasker maker got into oil and clogged up the #2 rod journal on the crank. took it apart and fished the **** out with a pic from the oilling hole. journal was to far gone to be fixed. so i threw it out lol and started with a new crank for rebuild. machine shop hot tanked the block and blew all the other hit out of the oil passages.

that means the silicone had to pass through the oil filter and I don't see that happening

from the last time you went through it most people do not remove all the oil plugs and wash the block out and that can leave left overs in the block and then there are times you do it perfect and **** still ***** up
