2.6 pulley with mods
2.6 pulley with mods
Good day all, new to the forums and new to the car. I have an 05 Cobalt SS/SC, its a decent car already but its just not quite the whine I'm looking for so I'm wanting to put a 2.6 pulley on it from zz performance. Now my question other than new injectors a header/down pipe/exhaust and heat exchanger what other things might i want to do, so i don't damage the motor. Oh and one other question i have is anyone know of a good stage 3 clutch online, and were i can find a good heat exchanger?
AIS trunk mount water/meth kit...
CXRacing Heat Exchanger...
Dual Pass Endplate with Option B coolant tank...
Header and Full 3" exhaust...
60lbs Injectors...
Custom Tune...
then, you can pulley down.

Ralliartist has proved some amazing things just by going with all available cooling mods on his car before all else. Only other things are bigger injectors and a little tweaking to the PCM with 7K redline. On stock pulley I believe his best time was 13.6...
no...222 with stock S/C pulley and cooling mods, bigger injectors, and tune and running a 13.6 in the 1/4 mile.
CXRacing heat exchanger is on eBay.
Dual Pass with Option B you can get from Crate Engine Depot ( a supporting vendor)
not sure about the AIS kit...Devils Own makes a nice kit too. There are lots of different water/meth companies out there.
