2.6 pulley problem?

I've been running a custom tune with 2.6 pulley and 60lbs injectors and meth since january and the other day the car stopped making boost so I pulley over popped the hood to find my belt shredded and my 2.6 pulley in pieces! Funny thing is there was no abnormal noise that you would think you would get from this kind of failure. All four pulley bolts were tight so I instantlly thought great something locked up! Everything including the supercharger spun freely?! I took the blower apart to see if I could find evidence that the rotors hit the case, but I coundn't find anything? I've been running my 2.8 pulley with the stock belt since then and don't seem to have a problem. Has anyone had something like this happen to them?? If so did you find the problem? Thanks guys

do you have an Adjustable Tensioner? because anything smaller than a 2.7 you need one!

Today I drove her around for a while and popped the hood to check it out. Well the blower was warm and the nose drive and pulley were red hot! Isn't the nose supposed to be the same temp?

Maybe the bearings in the nose are going bad.... Take the blower off and check the bearings. CHange the supercharger oil while your in there.

Apparently according to GM we never have to change our supercharger oil because it is lifetime oil is that BS true?
