Hey everyone, I just installed a 2.7 pulley, 60lbers, stage 2 belt, 2 step colder plugs and a
tune from TAG racecraft. First off the install blew cause i started working on my car right after work from 6:30 -9:45pm. Then i had to wake up at 5:30 to finish b4 work the next day. Anyway its 2 weeks later and im just not impressed!! My previous mods were stock injectors, stock tune and 3" pulley. I felt more of an increase with my old mods from stock! I expected a huge jump in acceleration especially since i had my redline moved to 7200. With my 3" i had about 16psi now 17.5psi. I figured it should be around 19psi but whatever. Also my first tank of gas went in 180 miles cause i was beatin on it. All in all just not impressed. Sorry for the rant...

 

get a 2.5 and youll feel a diff. I did not feel a diff from going from 2.8 to 2.6 and when I went with the 2.5 BAM! HELLO TQ, Not to mention Meth, Meth made my car reaaaaal fast.

 

well i also have an aem cai and a cobalt addiction heat exchanger. Just expected more i guess

 

I ran a 2.7 and 60s in my old cobalt, and that car flew, beat my friends redline with a 2.6 on it, i was seeing about 19.5 lbs of boost, useless anyway, since its way past effiecent because of heat, and over spining a tad, meth, and h/e could help, i had a h/e.
