Hey guys I have the zzp 1.75 primary mid header on a 3 to 2.75 zzp downpipe (I had a 2.75" reducer welded on) on a 2.75 rt catback. I think it's a little too loud and I want to quiet it down. The problem is all the sizes for resonator are 2.5 or 3 from magnaflow and most of the well known exhaust companies.

I'm wondering if I could get a magnaflow 12649 which is a 3" round body and use the bits of the resonator from the RT catback to make it fit. Meaning where it flares out for the original resonator I could have them cut it at 3" and weld on the magnaflow resonator.

If anybody has any other ideas let me know.
