gotta take the blower off and drill out the stripped bolt. find yourself a bench vice and a good drill cuz you're gonna have fun.

the 2.8" pulley will usually give 17 - 17.5 psi.

No you do not need the adjustable tensioner... if I remember right the tensioner is good to a 2.7(ish) don't quote me on that but a 2.80 is fine!

I have a 2.8 pulley, you dont have to have the tensioner but if you dont have it, you wont be seeing 18 lbs of boost though, only about 15-16.

boost levels are dependant on your altitude, and your exhaust.

ok guys i got a polished 2.85in from nate (great by the way) and i tried installing it. well the stage 2 bolts are waaaaay over tightened to get loose. i was told that if you put a torch on it and heat it up that the lock tight the dealer uses comes loose and you can easily get them off. well i had a propane torch and pretty much caught the bolt on fire for atleast 2 minutes and it still didnt come off!!!! and i actually wound up stripping one of the bolts. so what you guys think? unbolt the whole blower and drill them out?? (dont really wanna do this!!!)

If you really stripped one of the bolts, that's your only option right now anyways. It's really not bad at all to take the blower off. Takes 10 minutes with basic tools...
