holy caps batman!

flagged, as in warranty.

stock stage 2 is 42.5 lb/hr injectors. so the flash will be for 42.5's not 44's.

2.8 is borderline to small for that size injectors. lots of people do it but i didnt want to risk it myself.

depends on what supporting mods you do.

you "can" get away with a 2.8 on 42's if you know what you're doing. of course, one has to know what to do to get away with it, and safely at that.

The GM stage flash is not going to work correctly with 44 lb injectors. You will need to have the car tuned by a shop or someone with HPtuners. You might be able to get away with a 2.8 with 44 lb injectors but it might be borderline. I would also get some cooling mods as well if you actually want it to be "safe". If you have the install done by GM it is a good possibility that they will note it in your car and next time you go in for warranty work they will give you trouble even if it is unrelated.

I would think they would work ok with the 2.8. I know a couple guys up here running 2.8 pulleys on gm stage II injectors and tune without a problem. You can't get a stage reflash at any dealership without the auth code that comes with the kits.So I think your only option is someone with hp tuners.

I would get a Custom Tune when you do your install. I had the GM Stage 2 tune with my 2.8" for a day and my car hated me. It was pulling timing and bogging a lot. I would not recommend that tune with the 44#'ers and the 2.8" pulley.

yeah, if you had the stage 1 reflash, it would work.. but i think you might have a hard time getting them to install and aftermarket setup.. personally, i do not think they would do it..
