2.85 pully and plugs Q?

2.85 pully and plugs Q?
what plugs will be a perfect match for my 2.85 pully, CA says one step colder and to only use 2 steps colder on 2.6 or smaller and zzperformance recomends 2 steps colder for a 2.8, just wanted a few opinions
