Use a damn chisel, cut into the bolt a little, then angle the chisel so you are turning the bolts loose with the force from the chisel blows. I had to do a couple on another guys car like that, worked fine, just replace the bolts with nice socket cap screws when you're done, it looks better anyway. Thread is M8x1.25, Home Depot or any hardware store should have them.

Yes you have to remove the blower to get the pulley off of the hub.

Sometimes stage 2 bolts have lock tite or however you spell it and you have to drill them off.
