2 broke pistons
So i decided to rebuild the motor on my car before it blew up on me as im pushing it to its limits, when i tore it apart the other day i thought everything was good, but today i popped all the pistons out finally and come to find both piston #4 and #1 both we cracked. The crack was between the top two rings a piece actually fell out when they came out. Luckily the sleeves arent scratched up at all. This does explain the dipstick poppiung issue. Is this the same spot most others see there pistons crack/break at.
The car was running fine still but i have a feeling it would have quit sooner than later.

very common, bad tune and or no cooling mods will do such a thing,
one of my lsj's did this same thing, popped the dipstick for months, never any other problems, including good comression numbers, Until the day I tore it apart and found 1 and 4 with busted ring lands

see i have had no issues, it ran ottp stage 1 tune most of the time until the last year, no knock either at any time and ran safe the entire time, not aggresive until recently. As for cooling mods it has every cooling mod available including meth. I think pushing it with a 2.7 pulley on the tvs may have done it in.

It could have been a few things, the occasional knock or lean spot can take it's toll after a while as well, even though you may not see it all the time, also make sure your ic pumo is good, that can come up out of no where
to run stock pistons it's gotta be a spot on tune when you get into higher boost levels and such

yah im not sure what happened, its funny all of this goes back to when my car had a plugged cat on warranty and the dealership couldnt figure out what was going wrong and it was boosting way high due to the issue, right after that is when i started having dip stick popping issues. Oh well they were coming out anyways, no biggy

yah its everything except the sleeves,
supertech valves, zzp 78lb valve springs, ported head, diamond pistons with all coatings, zzp connecting rods. Then everything else that is already on the car. Way too much invested that is for sure haha. i will do a detailed build thread encase people are intrested later
